These laminated word cards cover the 45 most frequently used words. They are double-sided, with a template on one side and an outline on the other. Compatible with the Smart Phonics letters, children can either construct the word from letters on the card or use the letter outline to practise writing the word with a whiteboard marker. Then, on the reverse side, the word template allows children to employ a visual memory strategy for rewriting or reconstructing the word in accordance with the whole word shape. Contains 45 cards.
